Our Policy
Bookings
A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to secure your appointment.
Appointments are confirmed once the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment
Accepted payment methods: E-transfer or cash
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date if rescheduled within 7 days.
No shows or same-day cancellations will result in loss of deposit
Late Arrival
A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals
After 10 minutes, a late fee of $10 will apply.
Arrivals later than 20 minutes will result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
